Acceptable Use Policy
Onello is a legitimate paid communications service. These rules apply to every number we provision.
1. Messaging compliance
No unsolicited bulk SMS, robocalls, or any activity that violates the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, or equivalent laws in the recipient's jurisdiction. Consent and opt-out handling are your responsibility.
2. Fraud and deception
No phishing, smishing, one-time-password resale, identity theft, impersonation of a person or organisation, or any scheme intended to obtain money or credentials by deception.
3. Illegal activity
No use of our numbers in connection with any activity that is unlawful in the United States or in your own jurisdiction, including sanctions evasion and the sale of controlled goods.
4. Harassment and abuse
No threats, stalking, harassment, hate speech, or content that sexually exploits minors. Such accounts are terminated immediately and reported where required.
5. Account and number integrity
No reselling, sharing or sublicensing your number, no automated bulk account creation, and no attempt to misrepresent the line type of a number to a third party.
6. Enforcement
We investigate reported abuse and may suspend or terminate service without refund, and cooperate with lawful requests from carriers and authorities.
