DMCA Policy
Halo Global Network LLC responds to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
1. Submitting a notice
Send written notices to support@onello.app with the subject line "DMCA Notice". Include identification of the copyrighted work, the material claimed to be infringing and its location, your contact details, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury, and your signature.
2. Our response
We review complete notices promptly and remove or disable access to material we determine to be infringing, notifying the affected account holder.
3. Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, send a counter-notice with the same subject line, identifying the material, consenting to jurisdiction in Wyoming, and stating under penalty of perjury that removal was a mistake.
4. Repeat infringers
Accounts subject to repeated valid notices are terminated.
