How Halo Global Network LLC collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with Onello.
1. Data we collect
Account data (email address, hashed password), billing metadata from our payment processor, provisioned number records, and inbound SMS content delivered to your number.
2. How we use it
To provision and operate your number, display your messages, process payments, provide support, detect abuse, and meet legal obligations.
3. Payment data
Card details are handled by our payment processor. We never see or store full card numbers.
4. Message content
Inbound SMS is stored so it can be shown in your dashboard. You can delete messages at any time, and message data is removed when a number is released.
5. Sharing
We share data with carriers and infrastructure providers strictly as required to deliver the service, and with authorities where legally compelled. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
Account and billing records are retained as required for tax and compliance purposes. Operational data is deleted within 90 days of account closure.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data by emailing support@onello.app.
