Terms of Service

By creating an account or purchasing a subscription you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Refund Policy.

Onello provides dedicated telephone numbers on a monthly subscription basis. VoIP lines are provisioned on carrier-grade VoIP infrastructure. Non-VoIP lines are assigned from an inventory of numbers issued on licensed US mobile carriers.

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You authorise us and our payment processor to charge your payment method each billing period. Prices are shown before checkout and may change with 30 days' notice.

Numbers are licensed to you for the duration of an active subscription. They remain the property of the underlying carrier and are not portable unless we confirm otherwise in writing. Numbers are released after cancellation or non-payment.

You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and all applicable laws, including the TCPA and anti-fraud regulations. We may suspend or terminate service immediately for violations.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Message and call delivery depends on third-party carriers and destination platforms outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost access to third-party accounts.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
